New Auto Zone Customer 1
Purchased lug nuts from this store in May 2015. Asked my mechanic to replace them on my car when he was rotating my tires. Gave me two lug nuts back stating they were not the correct ones and that they were mislabeled on the package. I never bothered to take them back to Advanced until May 2016 when I was getting ready to have the tires rotated again. Dealt with Kyle at the counter. He told me that there was nothing he could do because the parts were a year old. I was ok with not getting a refund, but I did expect that he would at least exchange them for the correct lug nuts, especially because they were mislabeled and in the wrong packages. At a very minimum, I would have expected a heartfelt apology for selling me mislabeled parts. Instead, Kyle got a shitty attitude with me and told me "I am not going to do anything for you except for sell you new lug nuts." I replied by telling him, "No you are not," and then I walked out.Young Kyle needs to understand that it isn't what you say, but how you say it. This is especially true when your competitor opens a brand new store less than 1/4 mile away. Hopefully young Kyle changes his attitude before he loses anymore of his employers customers to the nice new Auto Zone. Feedback: Spend a little more time hiring/training employees that deal with the public.
